Bike Exchange

BikeExchange is an online marketplace for all things Bikes.  They already had a very successful website operating in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain & Ireland but were missing the crucial channels for their mobile users, Apps.

Stride were tasked with developing native apps for iOS and Android that would work across the global market, could be effortlessly reskinned for other brands and support different languages, currencies & payment gateways which would not only, suit buyers, but also sellers needing to list their bikes and cycling products on the market place.

The Stride team worked with BikeExchange to design the user experience for mobile apps, whilst retaining a familiarity to the customers of the existing website.  Being mobile, a large focus was on utilising location services which now enable the customer to search the catalogue of products from a wide range of retailers within a defined radius of the users’ current location. The resulting apps for iOS and Android are fast, easy to use and have exceeded all expectations.
