Webjet

In 2014 Stride Solutions was contracted to create new Webjet apps for iOS and Android.  At this time, Webjet had an iOS app which was consistently rated 1 star in the App Store and no Android app at all.

Today these apps are best in class travel apps which routinely receive 5 star reviews in both the App Store and Play Store.

We’ve taken the time to work with Webjet to learn the intricacies of online travel which includes many variables (domestic, international, hotels, hire cars, insurance to name a few).  We have had to balance many factors when creating the workflows including the need for consistency and integrating Webjet’s own website into the customer experience.

Webjet’s customers still use the apps to find the best value flights and hotel rooms, but also while on their journey can leverage up to the minute  flight tracking information, important trip information sent to their device via push notifications and integrations with maps.
