The native apps brought new functionality to allow users to create an online account and ticket wallet, comprising QR code tickets, purchase history and the ability to share tickets with friends and family. Quick access to all your tickets – your e-ticket is sent instantly to the SkyBus ticket wallet. No more searching through emails or holding onto paper tickets. Live tickets let you view the status of your ticket including the number of trips remaining for multi-use tickets. Access your tickets when offline. At the core of the Apps’ user experience is that ability to use your current location, a landmark or address to get directions to your nearest stop, view services/routes on the map and get real-time updates of SkyBus services. View your journey in the app or open directions to each stop in your preferred maps app. View upcoming departures as well as timetables for your chosen day and time of travel. Since the soft launch in December 2019, organic growth has surpassed expectations and positive feedback from users has inspired a great deal of enhancements to be released in the near future.
